Could good forward growth of cheekbones potentially cause hollow undereye?

Just a thought but maybe if you have relatively high set cheekbones with a good forward growth but you undereye support is normal or maybe even good but not as good relatively to your cheekbones forward growth, it could cause it so that the skin need to go a lot more backwards just above the cheekbone and under the eye which will give it that hollow look

cheekbones are literally part of your under-eye, they make up half of it.

I know a guy like this. Really prominent cheek bones but orbital area seems to be too wide I guess. He also has a lack of under eye support from adipose tissue

Yep I know someone like this, he’s fat but has the bones of chad with one of the worst under eye I’ve even seen.
