Current feeding window routine

[BD] (breakfast and dinner)
Monday, Wednesday, and 50% of fridays I eat breakfast and dinner ( breakfast at around 9 and dinner at around 6)

[BO] (breakfast only)
Tuesday, Thursday, and 50% of fridays I eat only one meal a day (breakfast at around 9)

[BL] (breakfast and lunch)
Saturday and Sunday I eat breakfast at around 9and lunch at around 1.


On BD days I am allowed ad libitum for breakfast but not dinner

On BO days I restrict food intake

On BL days I restrict food intake but not as much as on BO days

I've been doing fast until 6pm and it's destroyed me

I'll do semi carnivore now so I can feel satiated without bloat

Better to eat earlier. No wonder it’s destroyed you you need to eat early so you don’t eat late

Eat breakfast maybe lunch then don’t eat after that
No I have school in the morning gotta be lean to keep generating brag threads
 
Got side tracked, Im actually curious, how long have you been on this plan? How many calories are you consuming on each of these days?

Wake up early eat before that

I start school at 11 but I get up at 7 and cook a good breakfast
I'm thinking I'll start eating then go gym before school to burn it off

I have abs when I flex when I don’t they are barely visible

i have been fasting and notice my weight loss i need to weigh but im feeling better

How do you know? Pretty sure a lot of people grow an inch or two after 17.
And a lot of people don’t

My doctor said I’m not growing if you need the opinion of a professional, but I already know I’m not growing because I didn’t grow after 16 except maybe a tiny bit

I started cutting at 15 (before that I bulked like crazy because I was insecure about my smallness), I did omad for a year and made the mistake of eating dinner

But no it’s because of early puberty (normal nowadays in soyciety)
