But I do not believe this will EVER happen tbh. All i read is rumours, while people just continue doing fillers to get superior results... decades on end.

Bro, there are multiple videos where the surgeons shows in the surgery, literally they show the filler inside of the face and they never disolve.

PS. I have not seen a single video that would show "old fillers" during the surgery... or imply the fillers were there "for a long time"

Literally, no indication the filler was old.

And (2), the amount he found there had literally 0-influence on facial aesthetics. Probably would have degraded by itself in some time.

Mainly comes down to volume needed in my opinion. Implants where the filler volume would be excessive.

Getting 3mm thick implants to perfect your jawline would be dumb and you better use filler.

Getting 20mm of filler in your recessed chin would also be dumb.
