I have a pretty big natural frame. I always did a P/P/L for hypertrophy not strength. I looked great at my best. I was able to strict OHP 145 pounds at 150 bodyweight and side lateral raise 35 or 40 pounds STRICT. My delts were fucking massive. I retained a lot of my muscle tone from the time period I was lifting. If I feel like I'm getting too small I will start lifting but it will take some convincing to roid.
