I also forget stuff short term like paying the cashier then walking out without getting the stuff I paid for. I also drift into a void when talking with people . I get tics and my head shakes . I also tell people to repeat what they said. Someone suggested I have seizures but I think either Alzheimer’s or brain tumor?

I have extremely high dopamine levels according to my doctor he gave me some meds that make dopamine lower but I quit that shit 10 months ago and still the same in fact it’s much worse
