Yes caffeine under eye creams can work if u have dark circles.

No, but tanning does it for me, so im not subhuman only in summer.

Is your facial bone structure recessed or your undereye skin color is just a darker version of you skin?(It could be a combination as well)

I have both LOL.
In the shade I can tell that the shadow caused by hollowed/deep set eye area creates a large darkening effect
But also the skin pigmentation is literally darker
And i think you're wrong. Ethnic (genetic) pigmentation cannot be fixed by any topical serum, if i am not mistaken.
