Yes I need to deadlift again ngl. But I need a good form so I don’t fuck up my spine

The dead weight is not worth it, it is very harmful and requires a very precise technique.
There are other exercises to strengthen legs, which are in my opinion, better as front squats and lunges.

I find it to be a good overall gym lift but it makes me tired (caloric deficit) as it’s quite taxing on the CNS so I don’t do it as much as I did when I was younger. Mainly use it as a warm up instead of lifting sets.

I like deadlifts though because they’re a way to show strength and how much ur able to properly lift.
