Does anyone know why I'm Twitter banned???

I can only assume I'm Twitter banned. I started a new account with a Chadfish set of pictures, right? And I got exactly one like.

This thread says that there's this thing called "noob boost," where new accounts are more visible, for a time. As a Chadfish, my account should've been racking up likes. But I didn't get but one. I have to believe I'm shadowbanned. But how? I used a whole new phone.
