So everyone here talks about how Ian somerhalder did jaw implant and ORBITAL DECOMPRESSION and how tom cruise did jaw implant too, but how come they got theirs decades ago and theirs mogs so hard but the equally famous and rich Hemsworth brothers and Zac Efron got jaw implants too RECENTLY (so the technology is much better) but their results look like shit?

Also if you guys think Ian and Tom got implants, do you think they got wraparound or jaw angles? Or fillers? Also what procedure do you think the Hemsworth brothers and Efron did, that in turn botched them?

I don't think custom made implants were designed 20 years ago, they probably got very lucky with off the shelf implants made by Eppley or other celebrity surgeons. Somerhalder is weird looking imo, many say he's uncanny. It's a hit or miss.
Efron had way too many procedures in the past and was probably botched in between them, nothing can rescue him at this point.

Theirs look like shit cause their surgeon sucked, the average PSL autist does way more research for surgeons than rich normies do. They think they can get the most expensive one or most popular one and he’s the best but that’s just not reality. None of that equals competence but good marketing.

Implant results that look like shit are because they are assembly line style. Yes the technology is better but it’s made to easily make generic implants for everybody in a couple 30minute-1 hour zoom calls. It gets to the point where the only custom thing about a wraparound from a big company is the undersurface fitting the bone structure better but the actually contour of the implant is generic and fake asf.
