A cool experiment would be to raise a little girl from birth in an isolated environment where the only men around are 4’0 tall. Then when she’s 18 introduce a guy who is 5’5. She will think he’s so tall that no one else can compare. They get married and live in this isolated environment forever where all the 4’0 men are npcs paid to make the 5’5 guy feel good about himself
