I donr have an underbite so they wont. And neck brace doesnt push back on chin, but also makes teeth stay together which is good

Why not use the Forwardontics BOW? I contacted them just to make sure it pulls upwards and they said yes. Also I contacted other people like @retard with the BOW and they said yes. @retard also said that you shouldn't use Cope's appliance: https://looksmax.org/threads/facepulling-psa-gtfih.114200/

Yes but be careful with chin cup pushing back on mandible. They're designed for underbites to bring maxilla forward and push mandible slightly back. With a chin cup your mandible is unlikely to come forward
