Facial harmony?

Is facial harmony the balance between masculine and feminine features? Too masculine makes a face ogre and primitive. Too feminine makes a face look non-threatening(like a soyboy). A harmonious face isn't neotenous but instead has a balance of masc and fem features. Slight imbalances create niche appeal(pretty boy and masc slayer). A perfect balance of these features for a face creates broad appeal. Thoughts?

Facial harmony is averageness+a certain amount of neoteny. I think it also has something to do with how long it takes us to register the face. The less time, the more harmonious.
