I bought mastic gum it is shit tho. Like it takes 1 hour to get hard while chewing and than it isnt even that much harder than falim. Falim u is way cheaper so u can use more at the same time. Besides did I say mastic gum tastes like bark.

But don't go full retard on the chewing. Make sure the cant and alignment of your jaw is optimal along all axes. Else you will dvelop TMJ. Chewing is safe, only as long as you do it right.
