I didn't realize how much tightness and shitty posture was ruining my life until i started stretching all my muscles this week.
Here is my current mobility routine to stretch each muscle and its working perfectly.
For each stretch either static hold and stretch it for however long feels good, or do a more dynamic movement where you rock back and forth in that position.

HIP-FLEXOR
  • lunge on elevated surface

TRAPS
  • pull head down and sideways

  • Lay back on legs

  • Toe touch w/ leg up high

CHEST
  • Doorway stretch

FRONT NECK (important for mewing)
  • Push head far back
BACK NECK (important for mewing)
