Focused Attention is the most powerful and natural energy funnel that we have as humans.

We create our world through attention, by watering those areas we think about, which then bloom.

We live in a world of ‘multiverses’ in that there are an infinite number of probabilities open to us every second depending on the choices, actions and thoughts we entertain in the present moment.

The act of paying attention collapses potential probabilities; which further helps to solidify the world for us.

Where attention goes, energy flows. What grows in energy, perpetuates in your life

This is why you cannot ‘fight’ things because even if you view the issue as something you want to get away from, negative energy or energy spent trying to fight it only increases its strength. If you want less of something in your life, simply remove your attention from the problem and it withers and dies.

Your attention is being stolen by phone use, endless news headlines, porn, black pill videos, TikTok JBs etc

When your attention is stolen, you cannot use it to focus on the future that you desire

The things you worry about… are LITERALLY NOT REAL. You are just spending time locked in your head, an invisible prison that removes you from the true experience of life, or steals your attention away, which is thus energy that can be spent on literally anything else valuable.

The act of perception is the act of creation - in that however you perceive the world will become what world you experience - therefore what world exists for you. If you are constantly at war with the world and in resistance to ‘what is’, if you are angry at the world being against you, then you will experience that also.

BLACK DOT EXERCISE
