For those who have had jaw surgery or implants

Does the skin and fat around your neck and jawline become more taut and stretched out over the gain in surface area? I have a small amount of loose skin and neck fat that is under my chin and where my jaw meets my neck. It's there at 20% BF and it's there at 10% BF. I am getting a BSSO in the coming months and I'm wondering if the extra distance I will gain in my mandibular plane will stretch this skin and cause it to be more taut and evenly spread over my features.
