Dr. Juan Garcia Barreiro performed my forehead reduction surgery, also known as hairline lowering surgery in my hometown of La Coruña, Spain. The cost was 400 euros, however if you want to get it done here, you may have to pay a bit extra because the surgeon is a family friend of mine so i get better prices. Under local anesthetic, the surgery took around 20 minutes. Travelling to La Coruña is easy; Ryanair flights to Santiago de Compostela from anywhere in the EU are dirt cheap, and then you can take a train to La Coruña.
