How come Barretts bone structure seems barely hollow compared to one like kortajarena?
While barrett has the better forward growth?

Is it because vertical and horizontal dimension of the front are the most important in creating the hollow cheek look?

Its a lot about how much soft tissue you have. You can have recessed subhuman bones but very small amount of soft tissue in your cheek area and you would have hollow cheeks.
