When I used to eat little I would lose weight but the fat would stay and the muscle mass would be gone so you can look like a kid or even improve your appearance but if you want a low fat layer then eat as much as you can on a budget e.g. raw meat and lots of fat and then play some basketball or sleep a lot now I eat quite a lot now, maybe about 5k calories and my weight is the same 80kg but the fat layer is decreasing even though I don't gain any weight from food, the cells increase and they get bigger but the fat decreases plus you can look better and the safest and the best way is to eat a little every hour or large meals

For those who wants maximum power be like a sumo both muscles fat but you will need 1k a month to able to bulk on primal a lot milkshakes or even fatty meats like raw ground pork from kinda better farm
