FUCK. So I had to switch from neteller to skrill (both are payment methods, you can get a virtual credit card) and I transfered all the money I had on neteller to my skrill account and apparently then you can verify your ID so you can get your virtual or real life credit card BUT!!!! It is fucking stuck at ''deposit'' even though I fucking deposited 8 dollars.
If anyone knows how to fix this shit tell me.
