Moon Rahu conjunction isn't really good for mental peace and especially in eight house it makes you want to learn about occult knowledge. This guy explains it very well here.

Sign is not that important because Rahu is conjunct with Moon so it'll give it's own results

Gotcha, however I did interpret the chart readings that the foids asked for as "who they are doomed to marry: as 97% of them got MTN or below.
the foid who got the chadlite/chad husband had so many indicators that said a mogger. Taurus 7th lord was one, specific aspects, etc
