Carbs. Especially high quantity, high carbs like rice, make me full.
Ate only I plate full of rice yesterday with vegetable stew and I still feel full.
It's been 25 hours and I don't feel hungry at all.
Indian food is the best. It's organic and no chemicals other than pesticides.(if it's crops)
