Going to surgerymax, need advice

I found a good plastic surgeon, and I'm ready to surgerymaxxing journey. Before I go down this path, I want to have you guy's input on what surgeries I should get, how much they would cost, and how I should have them done. Thanks m8s.

Best to post clearer pictures and from different angles if you're asking for opinions on something big as surgery. A bit hard to with this pic though you already look good in it. Surgery usually works best when correcting a more noticeably failo than trying to create halos
