What type of procedures reduce your gonial angle and increase ramus size? I’ve heard chewing can, over time, decrease it as well ?

Chewing will only grow masseter muscles but steroids can definitely help

So BSSO plus segmental lefort 1 or BSSO plus MSE or Sarpe is needed.

tf you need lefort 1 for you maxilla is fine

MSE/SARPE yes if your palate is narrow and BSSO if your overbite requires it

Upper lip is recessed, can be more forward growth. A segmental lefort 1 also increase the maxillary width, resulting in a wider palate

Yes you have to be deformed to not ascend with surgery

If you want more angular from the front first get to low bodyfat and then get jaw implants if you think you need them
