Good neck posture but bad shoulders?

I kind of fixed my neck posture with neck training and mckenzie chin tucks for the past like 4-5 months,

however my shoulders are still a bit slouched, but what makes a difference is forward head posture right

Idk why my shoulders are slouched forward, I regularly stretch my pecs, and I do facepulls at the gym. Any tips

Like for craniofacial development you don't need to have shoulders pinned back , it's all about the head posture, am I correct?

no joke get this (they are pricy but worth it my back is godly now the mobility is crazy)

rear shoulder exercises
pec stretches every single day
take care of posture when sitting down

I do rows on every back day, face pulls for rear delts.

pec stretches every 2-3 days

I have been doing this for like 5-6 months now,

shouldn't it have been fixed? maybe i'm just retarded and I already have good posture, but my brain thinks it needs perfect posture

pec stretches should be done daily tbh. rest looks fine but build in some more for rear delts other than facepulls. like reverse butterfly on machine, cable or with dumbbells (standing cable works best for me)

i had shoulder surgery and shit ton of hours for shoulder rehab, i know what im talking about when it comes to shoulder posture/repair

Have tried reverse butterflyes, w only cables, but my shoulders pop like crazy when doing them so I stopped.

U think it's just in my head that posture is bad after these few months of doing these things?

Damn, are your shoulders/posture good now after the rehab?

yes i had impingement/shoulder pain for 5-6 years and im pretty cleared from injury now

just stand in a mirror relaxed and see or make a pic and pm me

My shoulders are drifted a bit forwards but my neck posture is the same when relaxed as when flexed
