His name is @ConfusedBolivian and he is obviously from Bolivia. Now here is how I got this number:
Bolivia has 12 million people. Let's say half are males so 6 million.
Out of these 6 million, will estimate it to be around 1 million at the age they are able to mog. So let's see how many people could mog OP (supposedly chadlite and 6'4):

So it won't be EVEN CLOSE to 1 in 150. Even if we include the small white/german population there, it's safe to assume 1 in 300 men AT MOST will be chadlites, IF NOT MUCH LESS.
