2) being a Manlet or short

Instead of doing typical bb routine, buy some ring and start training on them. Hard work is required to put on muscle exactly where you want it. Works well for the upper body and limbs. You don’t needs to cope with stalling progress each days you train on rings you are gaining a little bit of strength each day. Mastering a exercise takes a long time and that is why the muscle keeps on adapting to the exercise . It’s an slow exponential curve.

You're wrong. All Asian gymcels just squat, deadlift and sometimes they bench. They don't do anything besides these three.
