Step 1. 7.5+ Hours of sleep minimum and complex carb up the night before

Step 2. Cold shower + sunlight in morning, light breakfast

Step 3: Take Ghrelin receptor agonist (dopamine)—MK677 works

Step 4: stim up (200mg+ caffeine, but concert or add is ideal)

Step 5: White noise, clean workspace

Step 6: Lock in for 12+ hours easily

Use analogies, stories and mnemonics to remember stuff. Also, try to focus on flowcharts/diagrams instead of text.
 
I get distracted too easily. Will doing shit like this help me from it?
