Hot showers:
Pros:

Better for actually cleaning yourself because it opens skin pores.

Relaxes muscles and relieves cramps.

Relieves nasal congestion.

Reduces headaches.

Better for a good night's sleep.

Removes toxins from skin.

Cons:
If the water is too hot you can dry out your skin.

The mirror will fog up and you can't mire your hunter eyes and jawline.

Cold showers:
Pros:

Improves immune system by increasing white blood cells.

Increases metabolism so you can leanmaxx more efficiently.

Stimulates anti depression hormones and gives an endorphin rush making you feel better and happier.

Tightens hair follicles which reduces hair loss.

Prevents muscle soreness so you can gymcel better.

Combats dry skin and tightens skin leaving you less susceptible to acne.

Increases sperm count.

Improves circulation.

Decreases electricity bill.

Cons:
Smaller dick temporarily.

You will be a bit cold for 5-10 minutes.

Conclusion:
You should turn the water on when you are in the shower. It will start cold and this will improve your discipline and wake you up. You should then go lukewarm but not too hot just so you can actually open your skin pores and wash yourself properly. You should then finish cold so it leaves your skin feeling nice and smooth and closes your skin pores.

If this is too complicated then:
Cold shower in the morning because it wakes you up and hot shower in the evening because it helps you get to sleep

Don't call yourself a looksmaxxer if you're too scared to be a bit cold for a few minutes.

Only you know for sure if you're really taking a cold shower, setting the temperature a bit chillier than usual and only getting your legs wet is cope. You should have the temperature as cold as possible and be standing under it completely to maximize benefits.

If you want motivation to turn on the cold water then spit on your foot, that way you basically have to turn the water on soon.

Cold showers are the best by far, boosts your ego by doing something hard that other people aren't doing ,skin feels perfect, feel alert, cold showers hard mog

Being uncomfortable isn't necessarily bad. It strengthens you mentally.
