100kg bench, 150kg squat, 170kg deadlift. been lifting for 1 year now

i use david laid's push-pull-leg 6 days daily unadulted periodisation program, progressing consistently without platues and guesswork. have the entire week of gym sets/reps for compound and isos mapped out. knowing what you have to hit given day helps you stay on track/motivated

6'3 180lbs 10% bf

245lb bench, 315 squat, 405 deadlift,

lifting for one year, used sarms and prohormones

push,pull,legs 2 hours a day 7 days a week

lifting on and off for one year

185lbs bench, 600 leg press, 125lbs Overhead press,

Fullbody 3 days a week

No squats, deadlifts or rows because I ogred my back

On a cut until June

Im going to start lifting seriously again after my test levels recover and after i lose this fat around my hips.
 
Anything bench related and forearm related.
