Did some research earlier at the gym and it’s seems like a good non-invasive procedure for gyno reduction.
I got surgery last year and i still think that’s the best option, but if you are not willing to take that route you should look into this estrogen modulator.
20 mg a day seemed to have worked best, here’s the study if you want to check it out:

If you are still looking for a way to remove them naturally, stop coping.
Other studies showed that Raloxifene is also a good drug to induce tissue reduction in the gyno tissue.
I would recommend you to check that out too.
