Has anyone here stopped using their retainer and mewed and got good results?

I got MSE for an expansion and was supposed to wear retainer but my teeth stayed in place due to the mewing

yeah ,my teeth got straighter after mewing for 1 year

a retainer does the same thing your tongue does. so if your teeth werent like all twisted and with gaps, you can easily manage to keep them straight just with mewing
