so it is not over for me or you
YOU WILL GROW TILL 25 if you are on AIs but naturally upto 18-20 is when plates fuse
Take MK + cjc that got me 3 inches in 5-6 months and even better HGH

it depends on when u started puberty and ur tanner stage u could either be already done growing or could still squeeze out a few more inches

you can add hgh with the mk and cjc for maxing the hgh levels
low doses every three days is what i'd recomend for you bro for ai but you just make gym gains with it(lower estrogen and ais increase blood test)

I can’t inject, so for now it is just the mk and cjc but I am doing it every other day instead of 3 days and I try to stay insulin sensitive by intermitting fasting.
I have grown an inch in 2 months already.


The more I read you can run this straight for a year straight for best gains.

I am wondering if AI is worth it.

My next concern is penis tbh.

Height insoles. People are very finicky about them. They have a paranoia that they'll get found out but trust me. They work.

99.9 percent of people you come across in public will never see you without shoes. (There's also "invisible" ones that go under your socks but they don't typically have as good of reviews online from what I see).

Now you may be thinking to yourself. What are you going to do once you find a girl. She has to find out at some point right? But the thing is. Women mostly just care about how others perceive them. If you're a decent guy and her friends "think" you're tall. She likely won't care much.
