- I'm 15 ( TURNED 15 1 MONTH AGO )
- Current height 175cm
- Parents height: Mom 175cm ( HER SIDE IS GENETICALLY TALL WITH MY GRANDPA BEING 190+ ) Dad 172cm
- Nationality: Baltic, Slavic
- No medical problems or allergies
- I have been eating like shit sometimes barely eating, no I'm not anorexic I just have a low appetite ( I live in Norway )
- I don't workout currently
- I don't sleep for shit often getting 2h of sleep

I'm hoping to reach 183cm, (6'0)
- My growth plates are not closed and I am currently still growing.

MY PLANS

- Fixing my sleep and getting at least 8h
- I'm going to start working out and sprinting
- Eat a lot more to bulk up and eat healthy
- Supplement with, MK677 (25mg ED) and Arimidex/anastrozole tablet (1mg ED)

TELL ME HOW I CAN IMPROVE THIS AND WHAT ELSE TO DO SO I DON'T GROW UP TO BE A MIDGET.

Relax you're 15. You will grow. Just eat a lot of meat, eggs, and dairy and be active.

Magnesium Glycinate and Turmeric Curcumin supplements; It's a long shot, but I was able to grow taller than my brother and father. Also, if you lift weights don't squat heavy, preferably at all.
