Great improvement but could be even better with custom orbital rim and cheekbone implants. Costly tho.

I need so much fat grafting for my upper eyelid exposure. I probably have the worst upper eyelid exposure on this forum but if I manage to fix that my eye area brings me up to like 2 - 3 points tho
