The overwhelming majority of people are at their peak attractiveness while young from their teens to early 20s, both men and women. Minority is able to sustain their good looks into their 20s and 30s, usually with combination of great genetics and healthy lifestyle. In the rarest cases, some people get significantly more attractive when they get older due to miracle aging genetics.
All in all, you shouldn't gamble on becoming more attractive as you get older. You should take action while you are young, because chances are that you are going to become a subhuman over time as is the case with most people.
Late 20s to early 40s for men is the biggest load of cope I’ve ever heard. It gives Copefuel to the 30+ aged out guys who sadly think they can still ascend (lucky if they get a betabuxx sadly).
Women hit the wall earlier though so it makes it worse. You’ll rarely find healthy decent looking women past the age of 25 as they start to get fat and fatter simple as that.
