How can i become high T?

I think i´m rn slightly above average T (considering how cucks average guys are) but i definely look low T.
So how big part of testosterone is just genetics and should i try to T max?

It's largely down to lifestyle.

The obvious but boring stuff you need to be nailing everyday are:

Sunlight
Exercise (weights)
8+ hours of sleep
High quality animal fats
Don't eat processed food
Don't drink alcohol
Bf % between 10-15% (Don't be fat or skinny)
Certain supplements like ashwaganda & shilajit

I know that you don't eat enough (you've said it yourself), so fix that.
Also work out and don't watch porn or fap.
Also get enough sleep.

I eat normally but it´s not enough for my maintenance because i´m ectomorph

Then go on a crazy surplus.
Eat calorie-dense food and food that's delicious so you can finish it all even if you get full.

Sadly, I am a low-effort poster and am too tired to cite a reputable study, but yes, genetics are a considerable metric when looking at your testosterone levels; however, environment plays a somewhat noticeable role in regard to testosterone production. You seem like you are a younger lad like me, so I suggest moderate weightlifting, eating a diet with saturated fats, eggs, meats, nuts, and berries alongside ~8 hours of sleep, and taking recommended dosages of boron, magnesium, zinc, and specific root extracts when you are older. "ectomorph" is a retarded generalization. the only real spectrum of body types you could make:

fat loss potential - less fat <--> more fat
skeletal ratios; shoulder width, hip width, height - thin bones <--> thick bones
less muscle <--> more muscle - muscle growth potential

and potential isn't the state of when you were undieted or untrained

What can you tell about my body?
 
Put sunscreen every 2 hours, hit the gym, good diet full of nutrients, tretinoin, creatine, drink 1.5-2 L full fat milk, buy a 100 KG forearm gripper, do manual labor, be competitive at sports and academics, be the best around the people you are around, lateral raises every day + work your way till 50 proper push ups without breaks, get +10 hours sleep, don't stress and act as if you are the jock of the movie.

Brah. We are going to make it.

Other things you should do is take coldshowers, eat 1 gr of jengibre, do hiit with jump of rope, be competetive
