I thought test only changes facial features during puberty tho, im in the late stages, and it basically impossible to get ahold of for me

I think it might’ve been because of my braces, ive had them for 4 years, so it lead to a recessed maxilla, thus shitty zygos. What surgery fixes it? And how many mm of protrusion should I get?

I dont know about surgeries tbh i am not the right user to ask, also blasting dht steroids and testosterone helps with zygos/browridge
