I think I'll just make a milkshake with blueberries, apple, bananas, milk and oatmeal. Tastes good, oatmeal is healthy for the dick, and overall has good amount of protein I think from the oatmeal.

Estrogen is produced in fat tissue. Higher bodyfat = higher estrogen. Not saying this will impact testosterone as it won't affect the testosterone levels but high estrogen is never good for a male. You will be high inhibition and will look like a female.
