How do i go from 4c to 3b hair to looser curls

How did you take care of it what did you do?

shampoo every 4 days
conditioner every other day
leave in conditoner + olive oil + steam twice a week
shampoo + deep conditioner + olive oil + steam once a week

but this routine is far from perfect and i only developed it a few months ago but my hair has defo improved, this might not work for you, its catered for my hair

find out ur hair texture and porosity and work from there

You're hair texture isn't 4C it's 4A/B. Watch YouTube videos for Curly Guy Method for 4A/3C curls.
