How does @amnesia tan without looking like a old cel?

Plan on using tanning beds 1x or 2x a week throughout the whole winter to maintain my tan from the summer

I eat a relatively animal based diet with lots of fat on top of using retin a , etc , but am worried of hurting my collagen in the long run
