How fast should you lose fat/weight (Gym gurus say 1 pound per week that about looksmaxxers)

If you run an ultramarathon, you can lose like 5 kg of weight per DAY.

And if you cut off your leg, up to 15kg at once.
I just want to leanmax my face and also get a lean body. while obviously not losing a lot of muscle.

Just eat like 700 calories under maintenance while getting much protein and still working out.

1 lb a week is ideal if your on a cut after bulking or already non overweight. If your genuinely just fat then many people try diets/excerise regimines to lose weight at a rate a fuckton faster than that
