How hard is it to lose bf% and gain muscle at the same time?

Make sure to eat fatty fish too, I suggest salmon/norwegian trout just because it tastes good and you can't mess it up
i would eat wild caught, farmed fish is utter shit for you

Based on your first x posts, you sound like a retard OP.

It's extremely hard unless your under 23, on gear, and a noob.

Just cut, and lose the muscle with the fat, eat high protein medium carb medium fat, and lift heavy to lose LESS muscle

Avoiding carbs is maybe the worst thing you can do for building muscle

Muscles need glycogen for energy, recovery, and growth

No carbs will help you cut easier but expect shitty performance at the gym and no lean mass development
