Ive been watching porn for about 6 years and have been addicted to it since over 4 years. I have been addicted to some sick fetishes and i spent often multiple hours per day watching porn, even during work. Now since i have a gf i havent watched porn since about 3 weeks and i dont think i ever was abstinent from porn for so long. How many months/years until my brain is rewired to a normal state and i mostly forget about porn ?

Definitely not a couple weeks, but probably not a year either. For everyone probably wears off after couple months to about 1 year

what would you describe as "addicted"?

when my hormones were fucking crazy in puberty i would do it almost daily

if you like to watch porn for anything else that is not masturbation(i mean watching porn like if it was some sort of tv show) then its not a bad idea to recognize you have a real problem with porn and therefore find ways to solve it
