Just try to keep in between a 2:1-4:1 potassium:sodium ratio.
Consistent water and sodium intake (personally i do 3L and 2000mg sodium a day bc it’s easy and realistic) and keeping a good potassium to sodium ratio were the things that helped me most.
Low carbs definitely helps too, im not able to stop myself from eating carbs tho, but i still stick to about 200g a day.
