I used to do 20mg lycopene daily and had decent results after like 2 months.
Then I realized that a skin-tone won't save me from subhumanity, so I started spending my money on hookers and escorts instead.

Good enough on 20. Although, it is noteworthy that I also used beta carotene during the same period, so cause and effect is unknown to an extent. But anyhow, I'm naturally very pale, and lycopene + beta carotene made me more red-ish tanned (20mg lycopene + 75mg beta carotene).

i don’t think lycopene does shit i’ve been eating a lot of tomato sauce and my skin hasn’t changed

your need more than 100g of it per day to get 20mg lycopene
