How often do you train neck?

I do it three times a week, 4 sets of extension and 4 sets of curls with a neck flex harness, usually 20 reps or so
Gained 1.5cm in a month and a half

you should try BFR training on your neck, trust me brah the pump is sick!!

once a week
used to train it more frequently but i started getting sleep apnea

Did you get significant gains with only once a week? Unless you're maintaining
its for maintenance but 2-3 times a week is enough for growth if u do 4 sets of curls and extensions
rn im at 16.5 inch neck but if i leanmaxx it will probably shrink a bit
 
It was joke, BFR training (blood flow restriction) involves using tight bands, hence bfr training on your neck would suffocate you:owo:

I started training it when my neck got measured for a suit and the tailor commented i have a really thin neck :lul:

Really? I train my every other day, 3 sets of neck curls and extensions.

I switch around between curl and rotation too. I find it hard to have good form especially with curl, I always feel like the movement is not natural and I'm involving other muscles

its ideal maybe lower the frequency if it gets >=1:1
