Potatoes
Bread
Avoid chicken (because chicken it is dry and tasteless and has no fat)
Sleep 9-10 hours a day
Drink alcohol it will make you taller
Exercises
Spinal decompression lay on your bed for at least 3 hours a day
Supplements glucosamine and vitamin d
Eat heaps of red or fatty meat as much as you can stomach (No chicken!!) (No lean meat!!) Pasta and red meat is great just make sure the meat outweighs the pasta and make sure it's Fatty.
