How to engage masseter muscle instead of temporalis, when chewing?

Hello looksmaxers,

Wishing you all well.

I have been chewing to the following standards:
  • 1 hour a day
  • Using pre and back molars
  • Using 'Gumbells' gum

I only seem to get temporals muscle engagement and hypertrophy; how can I get:
  • More masseter engagement
  • Less temporalis engagement
Any advice would be appreciated!

Focus on molars and keep the range of motion limited
