How to fix undereye bags and black marks?

Im 19 and my eye/nose area always looks like shit even when I consistently get good sleep. From what I've read its probably caused by my recessed maxilla and I plan to do some form of palatal expansion for that. In the meantime what can i do to minimize the skin discoloration and wrinkles? Im 19 if that matters. Also what can i do with my eyebrows so I don't look like an angry mongoloid all the time?

I agree, when I sleep on my back my skin looks more refreshed and I feel more rested. Apparently Brad Pitt sleeps on his back on the floor or some shit so backpill confirmed.
